Once our Human Resources Team finds that you are a good fit for the position based on your application, you will be invited to a Discovery Call with one of our HR representatives. The call aims to learn more about your current work experience, interest, understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, career aspirations, and expectations for the role. The floor will be yours at the end to ask questions about the position you are applying for and about CoinGecko.
Our Human Resources Team will compile the information and discuss it with the hiring manager for the position on your application.
If we want to move you along the interview process, a skill assessment will be sent to you. The assessment would usually be a take-home assessment.
For business-related roles, your assessments have a deadline of one week, while for technology-related roles, your assessments have a deadline of two weeks. The timeline is set this way to ensure that our applicants who are also actively working can commit to an assessment outside of their working hours. However, if you require an extension for the deadline, please notify us through the same email thread where the assessment was given.
This first interview will be between you, the hiring manager, and your potential future team members. You will present your assessment to help the interviewers understand your thought processes behind it. You will also get to ask technical questions about the role as you’ll directly speak with the team you’re applying to join. This interview aims to assess whether you will be a good fit for the role.
